Monthly Subscription Refunds

Refund Window: 2-5 business days from payment date

Eligibility: Full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase and the software has not been actively used.

Per-Transaction Fee Refunds

Transaction fees are non-refundable once the printing job is successfully completed. If a transaction fails or remains incomplete, refunds are processed automatically within 2–5 business days. The refund is always issued to the original payment method used during the transaction (for example, UPI, card, or wallet). Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription or request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone
  2. Provide your transaction ID and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will review and process within 2-5 business days
  4. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Subscription used for more than 48 hours
  • Completed printing transactions
  • Custom development or integration services
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless legally required)
